Once you submit your order, we’ll email you with a confirmation. You’ll then receive your Liv-N-Grace jewelry within 3 – 5 business days when choosing standard shipping, keeping in mind weekend orders will not be processed until the next business day. Next day and rushed shipping is available upon request.

USPS Priority Mail is standard shipping for the Continental US and ensures your package will typically be received within 3 days after it ships. Once your item is on it’s way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details to help you follow your jewels from our door to yours. We can ship to military personnel and overseas upon request… additional fees will apply.

Our hope is that you love every handcrafted Liv-N-Grace piece that you order. But if you’re not satisfied, we are happy to offer you store credit. Please let us know why you were unsatisfied and return your item within 30 days of original purchase. Shipping costs are unable to be refunded.

For jewelry repairs, please send us an email with a picture and description of needed repair. If the repair is simple, we will be happy to do that free of charge. If the repair is more complicated, we will provide you with a cost estimate.
